Limburgs Mooiste

With Buitenplaats de Mechelerhof as your home base!


Limburgs Mooiste is the largest and widest tour in the country. This tour is for all cyclists so it can be on road bike, mountain bike, e-bike and city bike. In 2024 Limburgs Mooiste ZUID will take place on May 24 & 25. Friday the event opens and Saturday is the tour. Approximately 15,000 enthusiastic and active cyclists participate in this major cycling event. Many of them spend this weekend under the sun at the Mechelerhof! An important advantage of staying overnight at Buitenplaats de Mechelerhof is that a number of tours pass directly by our park, also nice if you bring for example children or family to this cycling event. We can't make it any easier for you! Many other cycling tours and cycling races also pass by our park! We have our own parking facilities.

Hago has also been organizing the Obvion RUN for several years. This is planned for Sunday, 17 September 2023. An event for runners where you can also stay overnight at De Mechelerhof.

Trip Limburgs Mooiste

The Hago Limburgs Mooiste cycling event for cycling tourists and families will take place on Saturday. Unique to this tour is that not only can you participate on a racing bike. The mountain bike or city bike may also be taken out of the barn. For example, there are special family rides plotted through the beautiful Limburg hills! The distances vary from 35 km, 100 km, 125 km, 150 km, 200 km to 252 km. And of course this tour passes our Buitenplaats de Mechelerhof again this year. The Parkstad Limburg Theater Heerlen will be the starting and finishing location again in 2024. We wish you a lot of fun during the cycling event Limburgs mooiste!
